Bought this for my 3 year old son knowing that it would be useful for many reasons in our rainy Oregon climate. He wore it to an afternoon college football game. It rained the entire game and he never got wet or complained! The poncho is a little long for a preschooler, but we made due with rubber bands & a little engineering. Kid did not get wet!!
