Rain Cycling Gear
Cycling in spring = cycling in rain. So pull on the Castelli Men's
Pioggia Rain Pants to keep (at least half of you) dry. Castelli
constructed the Pioggia Rain Pants out of fully seam-sealed, DWR-treated
Torrent fabric for maximum waterproofing. But just because these pants
fit over your shorts, doesn't mean they'll slow you downAAAlower leg
closures minimize flapping and a slim fit enhances aerodynamics.
Reflective piping and logos help keep you visible when the skies darken.I shouldn't have expected much for twenty bucks, but these did last one
2-day trip. You get what you pay for with riding gear. I recommend you
save your money to buy a real biker rain suit. These are nothing more
than shaped garbage bags - and not the glad kind. They just won't last
and also they don't have any venting or "breathing" so if the rain
doesn't get you the perspiration and condensation will.
